I’m a passionate mom of two gorgeous girlies who never originally intended to take this path in life. (It’s funny how often that happens isn’t it?)
Before moving into women’s wellness I spent 16 years in the corporate world working for the world’s largest professional services firm, PwC. And everything changed when I fell pregnant with my eldest, Lily.
I studied my personal training and advanced pregnancy and postnatal qualifications purely out of self-interest originally. My aims were to recover post c-section, to heal my sizeable diastasis and pelvic floor issues and to lead a healthier lifestyle that would maximising my chances of being around for my family as long as possible, as well as being a positive role model for my girls.
Once I understood just how much of an impact different stages of life have on the female body though, and how the ‘right’ kind of programmes can transform the quality of women’s lives, I became determined to share that knowledge to help others. And the rest, as they say, is history!
