A mixture of cardio, strength & conditioning work, combined with stretches and releases to keep you active throughout pregnancy. Suitable from 12 to 40 weeks pregnant and for all abilities.
Core & pelvic floor friendly workout consisting of circuits and HIIT training.
A more intense circuit & HIIT workout for those with a base level of fitness and strength in their core and pelvic floor.
